How does this promotion work?
- Mention the Wedding Group air credit promo when you book your destination wedding group room block with Dreams and Destinations before December 31, 2024
- Room blocks contracts must be for a minimum of 10+ rooms to qualify as a group.
- Make sure your destination wedding occurs on, or before December 31, 2025
- To earn the air credit on the wedding couple’s room only your group must reach a minimum of 75+ room nights by final payment on the room block
- How do you get 75+ room nights? This can be twenty-five rooms for 3 nights, fifteen rooms for 5 nights, or any combination of 3 or more night stays equaling 75+ room nights
- Only rooms with a minimum of 3 nights or more, booked in the room block, will qualify towards the room nights required for the air credit promotion
- Wedding couple’s flights must be booked on their room block package and paid for at the time of ticketing
- After the group room block final payment a flight credit of up to $500 per person, or the cost of airfare if less, will be applied to the wedding couple’s final balance.
- Any change fees, seat assignment fees, baggage fees or other ancillary airline fees will be the responsibility of the wedding couple
- Air Credit Promo is combinable with other resort destination wedding promotions
- Air Credit Promo free is combinable with other Dreams and Destinations promotions
- The credit will only apply for US travel gateways
