Sunday – November 7
Group arrivals today. Please make every effort to arrive to Albuquerque airport (ABQ) today between 11am and 2:00pm to allow enough time for transfer to Santa Fe prior to our evening event. Transfer will be provided from the airport to Inn and Spa at Loretto where we will stay for the next 3 nights. We’ll meet as a group this evening at 4:30pm for a Sunset Welcome Cocktails (hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine provided). During this time you’ll meet your onsite host and local guide. An overview of your stay and destination information will be provided. Following our welcome event your evening will be at leisure.
Monday -November 8
Today we will enjoy a morning walking tour of Santa Fe where you will learn the history and culture of this amazing city with architectural insights. During the tour today we will have the opportunity to view private homes. Following the tour we will enjoy lunch together (included in your package). Following lunch the remainder of the afternoon will be at your leisure.
This evening we’ll enjoy an Art Walk where group members can view works of local artists. The remainder of your evening is at leisure.
Tuesday – November 9
Today is at your leisure, venture back to Canyon Road, enjoy one of the highly rated spas Santa Fe has to offer, or explore the surrounding area at your leisure. This evening we’ll meet and enjoy a farewell cocktail. The remainder of the evening will then be at your leisure.
Wednesday – November 10
Airport transfers are included and will depart this morning for the hour long transfer to the Albuquerque airport. Group members departing today will need to book their flights for departure by 2:00pm. Group members booking flights departing after 2:00pm will be transferred to the airport with the last group transfer at 10:00am.
What Is Included?
Package includes 3 nights at the Inn and Spa at Loretto inclusive of taxes and resort fees. Transfers between airport and hotel, sunset welcome meeting with cocktails. Walking tour with guide and lunch. Private home tour. Art walk. Transportation for tours not designated as walking. Farewell cocktail. Guides throughout. Onsite group host available 24 hours. All guide and driver gratuities.

Our home away from home will be the Inn and Spa at Loretto, a luxury boutique hotel featuring iconic architecture and Pueblo inspired decor. The spa here is one of the best in Santa Fe and the hotel is ideally located just off the Plaza within walking distance of art galleries, shops and restaurants. Your package price includes 3 nights accommodation in a Terraza room, inclusive of tax and resort fees. Rooms include either 1 King or 2 Double beds, bath amenities, coffee and tea makers, wireless internet, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and IPOD docking station.

For group members who feel 3 nights are not enough to fully experience this amazing city we are able to requested extensions to your hotel stay for an additional cost, based on resort availability. Please contact us for pre and post night rates.
Space for this trip is limited and early deposit is highly encouraged in order to secure your spot.

You will also be required to select or decline the travel insurance. If you select YES to the travel insurance, please add $75.00 per person insurance cost to your initial deposit amount for a per person deposit of $275 (*Insurance is nonrefundable, nontransferable and has to be added at the time of deposit.)

Flight information
Group members will fly into Albuquerque (ABQ). Our welcome cocktail begins at 4:30pm and all group members should arrive to ABQ no later than 1:30pm (Santa Fe is an hour transfer time). We will need your flight confirmation to confirm your round trip transportation from the airport. Please provide your flight itinerary to us no later than September 15, 2021.
Terms and Conditions
The hotel, guides and DMC have strict deposit and cancellation policies with penalties. However, we are able to offer name changes up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Rates are based on a minimum of 10 rooms traveling and are subject to change if the Carolinas Chapter ASID San Miguel group falls below 10 rooms. Per the ASID Carolinas group contract please see cancellation dates and penalties below. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
