50% package cost and optional (if purchasing) insurance payment due upon registration. Final payment is due on/before January 4, 2024

The hotel, guides and DMC have strict deposit and non-refundable cancellation policies. However, we are able to offer name changes up to 21 days prior to arrival without penalty. Travel insurance is highly recommended at time of payment and can be added at $135 per person.
Tour and performance selections must be provided at time of payment.
