Barcelo Maya Palace
Stephanie and Troy have selected a 5-star all inclusive resort located on one of the most impressive beaches in Riviera Maya for their upcoming destination wedding. This is the perfect backdrop for their wedding event and an amazing destination that offers the perfect mix legendary beauty, luxury resort accommodations and exclusive services. Stay in one hotel and enjoy five! Barcelo Maya Palace is one of the five sections the Maya Beach Resort Complex. With the Barceló All Inclusive program, you can access the buffet restaurants, bars, swimming pool and beach facilities of the Barceló Maya Beach, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Colonial and Barceló Maya Tropical Hotels. Do not worry, with the property being large they have made it convenient for every guest and have provided a complimentary shuttle that runs every 20 minutes so you can make sure to check out each and every amenity located on the resort.
You will find fun and adventure within every step at Barcelo with their 3 swimming pools that include special shallow areas for children, semi-Olympic pools, and swimming pools for adults. You will find the Barcy Water Park with slides and waterfalls. For the more adventurous travelers you can take a shot at their Surf Rider wave pool.
The sports facilities will impress even the most seasoned traveler. Check out the resorts fitness center, soccer field, basketball courts and tennis courts. Want to be pampered? The U-Spa located on the resort has a 32,000 square foot facility to pamper each and every guest with a long list of services and amenities. You can even bring the little one’s with you to the U-Kids Spa

All of its rooms are Junior Suites or Suites, all of which offer luxury details and comforts to guarantee an extraordinary experience. The rooms come with a King bed or Double Beds(upon request) and offer a fully stocked mini bar replenished daily with soft drinks, water, sodas and beer. You will the rainfall shower in each of the rooms refreshing after a day in the sun.
For the guests that want that next level of luxury and service Barcelo gives the option to select a room category in their PREMIUM LEVEL room accommodations. These rooms will include added amenities such as:

Transfer Options
The round trip airport transportation included in your pricing grids above is round trip SHARED transportation. You have the option to upgrade your transfers to non-stop private.
- Shared – included in pricing grid above. We will do our best to group together arrivals for non stop service. Depending on your flight arrival time, your transfer could have a few stops at other resorts to/from your airport transfer.
- Private Non Stop – For $57.50 additional (per person) you can upgrade to private, nonstop guaranteed transfers which will take you nonstop directly to/from Barcelo Maya Palace. The private transfer time is roughly 50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Please identify in the comment section of your payment form if you would like to upgrade to the Private Non-Stop Transfer option.

We want to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests. Each of you will have a dedicated travel consultant from Dreams and Destinations travel to assist with your reservation process. Anna and Mandy will be your dedicated travel consultants. All of the Ramirez and Rodriguez wedding guests have a dedicated travel consultant based on the first letter of your last name. Please reach out to your travel consultant with any questions, concerns and they will assist you with everything needed to confirm your reservation.

When confirming your reservation you will click on the BOOK NOW button and submit the following details:
- Travel Dates
- Names (exactly how they read on your passports)
- Dates of Birth
- Room Category (Please make sure to put this in the comments section of the payment form)
- Select your dedicated travel consultants name in the drop down box
- Select or Decline the travel insurance (Payment for the travel insurance is due at the time of initial deposit. Price per person is indicated below. Please make sure you add in the cost of the insurance when submitting the initial room reservation deposit when selecting “yes” to the insurance).
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package and the cost to purchase the insurance is per person. If you select “yes” for insurance please include the total cost of insurance being purchased for your room in your initial deposit. The travel protection insurance must be purchased with deposit. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations Travel Agency is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
