RESERVING YOUR ROOM
You can reserve your room today by placing a $200 or $250 per person deposit, depending on your package. This deposit can be placed by clicking the “Book Your Room” button and completing and submitting the payment form. Please be sure to put the room category you would like in the comments box and be sure to note whether you want the “Room + Transfers Pkg” or the “Room + Air + Transfers Pkg”. FLIGHTS
If you will not be booking the charter flight package out of Pittsburgh (only available for 7 nt. stays), then Stacey will gladly assist you with your airfare to Cancun. If you’d like to add it to your booking, please email her your travel dates and preferred airport. If you choose to book your own tickets, please be sure to fly into Cancun International Airport (code CUN). If you book your own flights, please remember to provide Stacey a copy of your flight itinerary in order to arrange the ground transfers that are included in your room package. If you purchase the insurance, flights are only covered if you book them through Stacey and have it added to your room package. Please contact Stacey for more information.
Travel Insurance
Option cancel for any reason travel insurance may be added to your package. If you select “yes” for insurance please include the total cost of insurance being purchased for your room in your initial deposit. Please see insurance pricing below. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations, Inc. is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
The cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to departure is covered by Travel Impressions. Within 24 hours of travel your catastrophic coverage begins and protects you through your trip. Cancellation Policy
Please note that initial deposits are nonrefundable and the following cancellation penalties apply if you choose to decline the travel insurance.
LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
If cancelled on or before June 24, 2021………………….Loss of $200 pp room deposit
If cancelled between June 25 – July 19, 2021….…..……Loss of $200 pp room deposit +30% of room cost
If cancelled between July 20 – August 17, 2021…………Loss of $200 pp room deposit + 50% of room cost
If cancelled on or after August 18, 2021………………….100% penalty – no refund
CHARTER AIR CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
If cancelled on or before July 19, 2021…….……………..Penalty of $50 per seat
If cancelled between July 20 – August 17, 2021…..…… Penalty of $100 per seat
If cancelled on or after August 18, 2021………………….100% penalty – no refund
