Welcome to our wedding webpage! We are looking forward to celebrating our wedding in Nassau, Bahamas at the Sandals Royal Bahamian. As we embark on this new stage of our journey, we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate and make memories with those closest to us. We hope you enjoy the resort and find it as special and as lovely as we do. For those of you interested in becoming PADI certified and diving with us, contact either one of us and we will happily walk you through the process. I (Natalie) was able to become certified and love the memories this new adventure offers.

The resort offers complimentary non-motorized AND motorized water sports. Enjoy snorkeling excursions to a nearby reef, or if you dive you can take advantage of the free 2 tank daily dive program. You can even explore Sandals Off-Shore Island, just a short water transfer from the main resort. Here you can take a day and relax on two secluded beaches, go for a leisure swim, or snorkel from shore. The chic Beach Club offers a pool, whirlpool, swim-up bar, and a restaurant. ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS AT SANDALS ROYAL BAHAMIAN
We’ve secured a block of Luxury and Club Level rooms and suites. The Club Level accommodations in our room block are located in the newly renovated West Bay building at Sandals Royal Bahamian. Please feel free to reach out to Melinda to discuss any additional room categories available at Sandals Royal Bahamian that may best fit your needs.
Club Sandals Inclusions – Club Sandals offers a higher level of service and preferred locations, which is why Natalie and Jonathan have selected these rooms for their room block. Club Sandals amenities include dedicated concierge service while on property, VIP check-in at arrival, room service between 7am-10pm, a full in-room mini-bar, unlimited wifi and access to the concierge lounge.
How to Book Your Room
Our room block is held from May 24-31st with a limited number of rooms held for 7 nights. Rooms may be adjusted for alternate lengths of stay based on availability.
To secure your reservation please select your room from the options below, or reach out to Dreams and Destinations for alternate date/room options. Then click the RSVP button below and submit your room request for Natalie and Jonathan’s wedding. Once your RSVP is received we’ll send your invoice for approval along with a payment link for your deposit.

FLIGHTS
If you book your own tickets, please be sure to fly into Lynden Pindling International Airport (also known as Nassau International Airport – airport code NAS). Please remember to provide Dreams and Destinations a copy of your flight itinerary in order to arrange the ground transfers that are included in your room package.
Insurance and Cancellation
*Travel insurance can be added to your package at the cost of the $114.00 per person. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after the deposit payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip and highly recommends purchasing the insurance.
Land penalties are covered by travel insurance, if purchased (offered at initial deposit) and cancellation is due to a covered reason. Refund of penalties for covered reasons only. For cancellation due to reason not covered by insurance guests with insurance will receive a Sandals travel voucher for the resort stay. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
If cancelled on, or before, January 14, 2023…………….No land penalty
If cancelled between January 15-February 15, 2022………………Deposit is non-refundable
If cancelled between February 16-March 15, 2023……………….50% of the total room package is non-refundable
If cancelled from March 16, 2023 until time of travel……………….100% of the total room cost is in penalty – no refund
AIR CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
Flights purchased through Dreams and Destinations are non-refundable at time of purchase without insurance.
