EL Dorado Seaside Suites
Megan and Damian have selected El Dorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya, Mexico as their destination wedding location. This Karisma property is an adults-only gourmet all inclusive resort – surrounded by crystal blue water. Here, you will discover everything from Gourmet Inclusive à la carte cuisine to Swim Up Beachfront luxury suites. Seaside Suites is made up of two sections on the resort; The Palms section and The Infinity section. This offers one property with two unique experiences for all of the wedding guests. The location of this expansive resort offers one of the largest reefs in the Riviera Maya, Eco Parks and also cenotes nearby. Just a short drive from Playa del Carmen, if you wish to take a stroll down 5th Avenue you will not have to go far.
From sunrise to sunset you will have access to the resorts 11 different gourmet all inclusive restaurants and bars. The gourmet all inclusive experience offers a lot of options. You can dine in the Seaside Market for breakfast with their food display and then find yourself enjoying the wonderful Asian cuisine at Klay Talay in the evening. If you want to relax you will also have the option of in room dining 24 hours a day. The in room dining offers an specialty a la carte menu for each and every guest.

We have provided some suggested room accommodations. We can assist each guest with any room at the property so please inquire with your dedicated travel consultant if you would like a quote for an alternate accommodation. Resort-only rates below are per person for resort accommodation with ground transfers to the resort. Rates below do not include airfare to Mexico. Airfare can be quoted upon request.

HOW TO BOOK
You have two dedicated travel consultants from Dreams and Destinations Travel to assist your wedding group. Your dedicated travel consultant is based off of your last name. Please select your travel agent and note in the comments section which room category that you are selecting. When asked for your confirmation number, you will simply put Geiger-Flott Wedding. You will also be required to select or decline the travel insurance. If you select YES to the travel insurance, please add the cost to your initial deposit amount. *Insurance is nonrefundable and has to be added at the time of deposit*

When confirming your reservation you will click on the BOOK YOUR ROOM button and submit the following details:
- Travel Dates
- Names (exactly how they read on your passports)
- Dates of Birth
- Room Category (Should be written in the comments section of the payment form)
- Select your dedicated travel consultants name in the drop down box
- Select or Decline the travel insurance (Payment for the travel insurance is due at the time of initial deposit. Price per person is indicated below. Please make sure you add this to your room reservation deposit when selecting “yes” to the insurance).
- Flights are NOT included in the resort rates above. Dreams and Destinations Travel will gladly assist you with your airfare to Mexico. If you choose to book your own tickets, please fly into Cancun International Airport (code CUN). Air can be added at anytime to your package once we are within 330 days of your date of return. If you do choose to book your flights on your own please remember to provide us a copy of your flight itinerary in order to arrange your ground transfer included in your package.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional and available for $119.00 per person. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. The plan includes 100% cash reimbursement in the event of cancellation for covered reasons including the most common reason for cancellation – illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member. It also includes reimbursement for cancellation due to ANY REASON up to 75% of the cancellation penalty amount as long as the plan is purchased with initial deposit and cancellation occurs more than 3 days prior to departure. Travel insurance does not cover change of occupancy in a group (for example decreasing from 2 adults to one adult in room).
