We are so excited to share in this experience with all of you in beautiful Montego Bay, Jamaica! The “I do’s” will be said on 8.5.23 on the Offshore Private Island at Sandals Royal Caribbean All Inclusive, Adult Only Resort. We want this to be a grand celebration, vacation, baecation and everything in between! Party accordingly!!!
This webpage is your guide for all your accommodation essentials. Melinda, our awesome Wedding Specialist, will provide you with all the details regarding your stay in Montego Bay. Melinda and her team will be the best point of contact during this process. We have set up a room block with a special rate for our guests to provide a smooth process.
- This is an adult only resort. This allows all wedding guests, including parents, a weekend of relaxation and uninhibited revelry.

Whether you are looking for simple room accommodations, or to splurge on a much needed vacation while you attend Brittany and Brandon’s beautiful wedding ceremony, Sandals offers accommodations for every type of traveler. Room categories are broken down into 3 levels (Luxury, Club Level and Butler) with multiple room options in each category.
We’ve currently held 4 Luxury level room categories for a reduced rate in our room block, but feel free to contact Melinda to discuss these options and find the perfect room category for your stay if you would like either Club or Butler options.
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE:
Adults-only resort accommodation, all meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, daily activities, evening entertainment, non-motorized and some motorized water activities, ground transfers from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) to resort and back, taxes and gratuities.

How to Book Your Room
You can reserve any of the room categories listed above by placing a $200 per person deposit. This deposit can be placed by clicking the “Reserve Your Room” button and submitting the payment form. Please put “Brittany and Brandon” as the wedding couple. Please remember to indicate the room category you are choosing by name or by room code (Ex. Caribbean Deluxe = room code DL).

FLIGHTS
Melinda will gladly assist you with your airfare to Montego Bay. If you’d like to add it to your booking, please email her your travel dates and preferred airport. If you choose to book your own tickets, please be sure to fly into Sangster International Airport (code MBJ). If you book your own flights, please remember to provide Melinda a copy of your flight itinerary in order to arrange the ground transfers that are included in your room package.
Travel Insurance and Cancellation
Trip Protection can be added to your package at the cost of $114.00 per person. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after the deposit payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations, Inc. is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip and highly recommends purchasing the insurance. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled on or before April 1, 2023………………….No cancellation penalty
If canceled between April 2, 2023 and June 1, 2023……..……45% of the room cost cancellation penalty
If canceled on, or after, June 2, 2023……..……100% of the room cost cancellation penalty
