Wedding Guest Payments
We recommend that you hold the room portion of your vacation by September 15. It is only a $50.00 per adult initial deposit to hold the room. You can book your vacation package at any time, but we have put the deadlines in place to ensure that Ebonee and Gary can get a tentative count of their wedding guests.
Terms and Conditions
Cancel For Any Reason Insurance
Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. If you select “yes” for insurance please include the total cost of insurance being purchased for your room in your initial deposit. Cancel for any reason insurance must be purchased with deposit. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations Travel Agency is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation. Please see supplier group cancellation/reduction penalties below.

After April 10, 2017 the resort will charge 40% of the cost of the cancelled nights
After June 5, 2017 the resort will charge 50% of the cost of the cancelled nights
After July 10, 2017 the room is non-refundable
Purchasing cancel for any reason travel insurance is less expensive in many cases than paying supplier penalties and also covers you for medical emergency in destination as well.
Limitless Resort Credits Terms and Conditions
Limitless Resort Credit can be used towards selected tours, golf, spa and beauty salon services, romantic and special dinner events, upgraded wine selection at restaurants, photo packages at rock shots®, selected take away products, The Colin Cowie Weddings Collection™, and upscale experiences at ORO Nightclub. Service Fee applies.
Credit is based on per room stay and applicable to individual guest room folio only, credit may not be applied toward charges to the master account. Promotional offerings are subject to availability at time of arrival and are subject to change without notice. Limits apply to each service and vary by Resort. Credit cannot be combined with any other promotions. Resort Credit options are based on published rates. Resort Credit has no commercial value and is not subject to refund or credit. Resort Credit cannot be used towards attrition or future programs or to reduce guest room revenue. 20% Fee apply for services redeemed. Additional Resort Credit amounts apply for higher room category.
SERVICE FEE:
A 20% service fee will apply over the final price of all transactions using the Limitless Resort Credit promotion on all services or products available at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Service fee can only be paid with cash, room charge and credit card. Service fee cannot be paid with the remaining Limitless Resort Credit promotion balance.
