Welcome to our wedding webpage! We have selected the Moon Palace Cancun in Cancun, Mexico for our destination wedding. This amazing resort will offer something for each of our guests and is the perfect location to begin our new life together. The only thing that could make this day more special would be to share it with you, our family and friends! We are working with Melinda and Neil of Dreams and Destinations for our wedding. They will assist you with booking your room under our group room block and will also be able to answer any questions you have related to your stay at Moon Palace Cancun. Moon Palace Cancun
Your package to Florence and Donnell’s wedding at Moon Palace Cancun includes your transportation from the airport to the resort and back, resort accommodation, unlimited food and beverage, premium wines and spirits (you’ll have a liquor dispenser and minibar in your room), 24-hour room service, daily and nightly entertainment, non-motorized water sports, room taxes and gratuities, wireless internet, international phone calls to the Continental USA, Canada and Mexico are all included. In addition each room will have a resort credit to use towards spa treatments, tours or dining experiences like private candlelight dinners for two**
Moon Palace Cancun offers Florence and Donnell’s guests a wide variety of dining at twelve different restaurants that includes a steakhouse with gourmet cuts of meat as well as Asian, Italian, seafood and international cuisines. The best part is no reservations are required! You may also enjoy over 30 house wines, domestic beers and craft cocktails at served at 13 different bars and lounges.
Guests of Florence and Donnell’s wedding may relax by the pool, enjoy a little golf, get pampered at the AweSpa or dance the night away in Club Noir. Families attending the wedding can enjoy waterslides, kids clubs, teen lounges and more! It is impossible for children to be bored at Moon Palace Cancun!
Resort Credits
Guests staying 3 nights receive a $500 resort credit per room Guests staying 4 nights receive a $750 resort credit per room Guests staying 5 nights or more receive a $1500 resort credit per room **Credits must be redeemed on property and hold no cash value. Credits can be used for specified Resort Credit Tours, Golf, Spa (only $250 of the credit may be used at the spa).

How To Book/ Payment Dates
Deposit=$100 per person due at time of booking
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE APRIL 1,2018- There is a 3 night minimum stay at the Moon Palace Cancun. Please note that rates below are per person, resort-only, for the indicated number of nights/room occupancy. For example: a family with two adults and two children, ages 11 and 14, staying 3 nights in a Deluxe Resort View Room would be a total of $1391.78. This would be the cost for 2 adults, 2 children ages 4-17 staying free and the cost of airport transfer for each child($675.89 x 2 +$0+$0+ $20 + $20). Rates are land-only and inclusive of round-trip shared ground transfer between the airport and the resort. Rates do not include flights to Mexico and the free child rate does not include round-trip ground transfers of $20 per child from the airport to the resort.

One bedroom includes a King bed and the second bedroom features two double beds, allowing everyone can sleep comfortably and enjoy a little privacy. This suite also offers the following amenities:

- Category is only available for families traveling with children

FLIGHT INFORMATION
Dreams and Destinations Travel will gladly assist you with your airfare to Cancun, Mexico. If you choose to book your own tickets, please fly into Cancun International Airport (code CUN). Air can be added at anytime to your package, HOWEVER THIS IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND and we recommend you book earlier, rather than later as we are anticipating fares to increase. If you do choose to book your flights on your own please remember to provide us a copy of your flight itinerary in order to arrange your ground transfer included in your package.
Travel Insurance
Please note that after your final payment date the resort charges a penalty for cancellation. Travel insurance is $109.00 per person and covers 100% cash reimbursement (less the cost of the insurance which is non-refundable) in the event of cancellation for a covered reasons, including the most common reason for cancellation – illness affecting the traveler, traveling companion or an immediate family member. The policy also includes up to 75% reimbursement of the penalty amount for cancellation due to ANY REASON as cancellation is done more than 48 hours from departure.
Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. If you select “yes” for insurance please include the total cost of insurance being purchased for your room in your initial deposit. Travel insurance must be purchased with deposit and is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations Travel Agency is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
