Welcome Family and Friends!
There are not enough words to thank each of you for all the support, encouragement, love and laughter you have brought to our lives over the many years. As family, as friends, as mentors and as our most favorite people, you have shared in countless memories with us and we love you all deeply.
We hope that you will now do us the greatest honor and join us to witness and celebrate our wedding in beautiful Costa Rica. On a jungle fringed beach amidst the sand and the setting sun, we will exchange our vows and begin another new and wonderful adventure together. Our hearts are so full and so happy, and we are so excited to be able to share this special day with you.
Planning Your Adventure
While we can’t wait to celebrate with you, we also hope you find your own adventure in Costa Rica. The breathtaking beauty and colorful culture of the country is world renowned and we encourage you to get out and immerse yourselves in it as much as possible.
Ideally, we would like to have all of our friends and family join us for at least 4 nights/5 days with an arrival date to the resort on Thursday, March 17th. This will give everyone time to check-in, explore the grounds and then join us for a welcome cocktail hour under the stars that evening. Friday, March 18th is a day for fun and relaxation. In addition to the many pools and beautiful beaches, the resort also has several excursions and activities to choose from, if you’re up for an adventure. Saturday, March 19th is the day we’ve been waiting for! We’re planning a beautiful, sunset Ceremony followed by an evening full of great food, music and dancing. Sunday, March 20th we plan on beginning our new chapter with an exciting Costa Rican adventure that will be optional for all of our guests. Then Monday, March 21st we’ll begin to say our goodbyes in hopes of many more great times and memories with those closest to us!
Every guest of course is welcome to extend their stay as long as they would like. Our travel agent Stacey will happily help you coordinate any additional travel plans you may have so that you can make the most of your time in this incredible country.

You can reserve your room today by placing a $200 per person deposit. This deposit can be placed by clicking the “Book Your Room” button below and completing and submitting the payment form. Please be sure to include your insurance payment with your room deposit if you want to purchase the insurance. FLIGHTS
Stacey will gladly assist you with your airfare to Costa Rica. If you’d like to add it to your booking, please email her your travel dates and preferred airport.
If you choose to book your own tickets, please be sure to fly into Liberia International Airport (code LIR) and remember to provide Stacey with a copy of your flight itinerary via email in order for her to arrange the ground transfers that are included in your package. If you purchase the insurance, flights are only covered by it if you book them through Stacey and have it added to your room package. Please contact Stacey for more information.
Travel Insurance
We offer an optional comprehensive travel protection plan that provides a 100% refund, minus the cost of insurance for covered reasons and a 75% refund, minus the cost of the insurance, in the event that you need to cancel your trip for ANY other reason. You are able to cancel your trip up to 2 days prior to your scheduled departure date. Trip insurance is HIGHLY recommended as many travel suppliers, airlines and resorts charge fees for change/cancellation requests.
Dreams and Destinations is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The insurance also provides you with medical coverage during your travels. The cost of insurance is non-refundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties or fees. Insurance MUST be purchased when submitting your initial deposit and cannot be added at a later time with the CFAR coverage.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that initial deposits are nonrefundable and the following cancellation penalties apply if you choose to decline the travel insurance.
LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
If cancelled on or before November 15, 2021…………………Loss of $200 pp deposit
If cancelled between Nov. 16 – Dec. 15, 2021…………………Loss of $200 pp deposit
+ penalty of 30% of room cost
If cancelled between Dec. 16 – Jan. 14, 2022…………………Loss of $200 pp deposit
+ penalty of 50% of room cost
If cancelled on, or after, Jan. 15, 2022……………………………….100% penalty – no refund
PUBLISHED AND BULK AIR CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
