Welcome to our wedding website! We are happy that you are here to share in the joy of our wedding celebration at Hyatt Zilara, Cap Cana. Brenda and Shawn have selected the Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva resort complex in Cap Cana, the most exclusive area of the Dominican Republic, for their destination wedding.   Located only 15 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport these stunning new properties are nestled on gorgeous Juanillo Beach and offer all-inclusive amenities with contemporary accommodations for Brenda and Shawn’s wedding guests.   

 

These resorts  offer the perfect wedding getaway with 40+ acres of oceanfront property.   Guests will enjoy all of the benefits of an all inclusive resort, where everything is included.  The resort offers extensive themed dining options including a la carte restaurants, gourmet buffets, bars, lounges, food carts, and 24 hour room service for all of their guests.  You will find unlimited cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and soft drinks served throughout the resort’s 6 restaurants and 7 bars and lounges.  Resort taxes, gratuities and Wi-Fi Internet access is included.  

 

 

Brenda and Shawn’s wedding is at the adults-only Hyatt Zilara property.  You are more than welcome to travel with your family and stay at the neighboring Hyatt Ziva.  Adults will have access to both resorts.  If you are traveling with children you will find the Hyatt Ziva’s KidZ Club and Teen Lounge offer awesome activities to keep the younger guests occupied. 

 

 

If activities are what you are looking for.  You will have an abundance of them at Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva.   Both resorts offer daily and nightly entertainment.  There is even a waterpark with a lazy river, a grotto cascade and five waterslides offering fun in the sun for all guests!

Payment Deadlines

INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $100.00 PER PERSON – January 15, 2022

2nd Deposit of At Least $500 Per Room – March 15, 2022

FINAL PAYMENT – June 1,  2022

Flight Itineraries Due By July 15, 2022

 

How To Book Your Reservation

You can reserve your room today by placing a $100 per person deposit.  This deposit can be placed by clicking the “Wedding Guest Payments” button and completing and submitting the payment form.  Please be sure to put the room category you would like in the comments box. You can use booking confirmation #109092200 and choose Stacey A. as your agent. Reservations can also be placed by calling or emailing Stacey directly.

Travel Insurance and Cancellation

Travel insurance is only available for US guests.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

We offer an optional comprehensive travel protection plan that provides a 100% refund, minus the cost of insurance for covered reasons and a 75% refund, minus the cost of the insurance, in the event that you need to cancel your trip for ANY other reason.  You are able to cancel your trip up to 2 days prior to your scheduled departure date.   Trip insurance is HIGHLY recommended as many travel suppliers, airlines and resorts charge fees for change/cancellation requests.   Dreams and Destinations is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The insurance also provides you with medical coverage during your travels. The cost of insurance is non-refundable and insurance policies are non-transferable.  In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties or fees. CANCELLATION POLICY

LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES: 

If cancelled on or before March 26, 2022………………….Loss of $100 pp room deposit 

If cancelled between March 27 – May 5, 2022……..……Loss of $100 pp room deposit + penalty of 1 nt. pp 

If cancelled between May 6 – June 4, 2022……..……Loss of $100 pp room deposit + penalty of 2 nts. pp 

If cancelled on or after June 5, 2022……………………………….100% penalty – no refund
