Excellence Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa
Danielle and Dwight have selected Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico as their destination wedding location. This beautiful property is an all-suite, all adult luxury all inclusive resort and is just 25 minutes from Cancun International Airport and ideally located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Excellence Riviera Cancun is situated along a stretch of magnificent white sandy beach in the Riviera Maya and offers ten international restaurants and eleven bars on property.
Danielle and Dwight have reserved various room categories for their wedding guests to choose from. Please see the room categories and descriptions to find the best suited for your travel. If you are interested in a room that is outside of our room block, please let your dedicated travel consultant know as we would be happy to provide a price quote. Please see the per person pricing below.
The pricing below includes private round trip transportation to and from the airport, room accommodation with the all inclusive package along with taxes. The package DOES NOT include your round trip airfare. Rates below require a minimum length of stay of 3 nights per person.
Single/Double/Triple refers to the occupancy in the room. If you are traveling alone you would reference the single rate column. If you have 2 adults in the room you would use the Double pricing. The pricing shown on the rate grid is per person.

How To Book & Confirm your Reservation
We want to make the reservation process as easy as possible for all of the wedding guests. Each of you will have a dedicated contact to assist with your reservation process. Anna and Mandy are your dedicated travel consultants with Dreams and Destinations. All of the Welsh and Horton wedding guests are assigned to their dedicated consultant based on the first letter of your last name. Please reach out to your travel consultant with any questions or concerns and they will assist you with everything needed to confirm your reservation.

Group Payment Deadlines
Initial Deposit of $100.00 per person: April 1, 2021
50% of the room cost : June 1, 2021
Final Payment: September 15, 2021
When confirming your reservation you will click on the BOOK YOUR ROOM button and submit the following details:
- Travel Dates
- Names (exactly how they read on your passports)
- Dates of Birth
- Room Category (Should be written in the comments section of the payment form)
- Select your dedicated travel consultants name in the drop down box
- Select or Decline the travel insurance (Payment for the travel insurance is due at the time of initial deposit. Price per person is indicated below. Please make sure you add this to your room reservation deposit when selecting “yes” to the insurance).
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel if not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NONREFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the per person total package price of your vacation package. We have included the grid below for your reference.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After June 1, 2021 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable.
