Force Majuere clauses, included in most travel insurance policies, often state insurers will not cover cancellation or events related to epidemics and pandemics. Additionally State Department travel advisories and warnings may also affect coverages by insurers. Client understands that they are bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to COVID-19. It is the client’s responsibility to review their policy and submit questions to the travel insurance company directly regarding policy coverages related to travel advisories and COVID-19.

Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations Travel Agency is not responsible for penalties, fees or expenses related to COVID-19, or other events should you change/ cancel your trip. Or incur medical expenses during the course of travel. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable.
