Before your trip, your preferences are shared with the resort so your butler team has what they need to prepare for your arrival.
The official Sandals and Beaches butler form is typically included in pre-travel emails and within your trip details in the Sandals and Beaches app. Many travelers go searching for the Sandals and Beaches butler form, but depending on how your trip was booked, either your travel advisor or Sandals and Beaches will send your personalized form link directly.
At Dreams and Destinations, we also provide our own butler preference form for our clients in addition to the official form. This allows us to help fill in any gaps and better anticipate your preferences so everything is communicated clearly in advance.
What the Butler Team Can Prepare in Advance
