November 1, 2025 – $100 per person initial deposit due (+ insurance if purchasing)
January 15, 2026 – 50% of package cost 2nd deposit due
March 1, 2026 – Final payment is due
After February 4, 2026 cancellation penalty dates apply for guests who haven’t purchased travel insurance

Melinda and Renee can gladly assist provide airfare to Mexico. If you choose to book your own tickets, please fly into Cancun International Airport (code CUN). We will need your flight confirmation to confirm your round trip transportation from the airport.
