How to Book
To confirm your reservation you will click on the BOOK YOUR ROOM button and submit the following details:
- Travel Dates
- Names (exactly how they read on your passports)
- Dates of Birth
- Room Category (Should be written in the comments section of the payment form)
- Select your dedicated travel consultants name in the drop down box
- Select or Decline the travel insurance (Payment for the travel insurance is due at the time of initial deposit. Price per person is indicated below. Please make sure you add this to your room reservation deposit when selecting “yes” to the insurance).
Dreams and Destinations Travel will gladly assist you with your airfare to Cancun, Mexico. If you choose to book your own tickets, please fly into Cancun International Airport (code CUN). Air can be added at anytime to your package, although we do recommend you book earlier, rather than later, since May can be a busy travel month.
CFAR Travel Insurance (Only Offered For New Bookings made after October 30th Only)
If you booked your original reservation without travel insurance and now want to add insurance please reach out to Melinda directly to discuss your options. Since the wedding room block was moved in penalty the travel insurance policy below is not being offered as an add-on for existing bookings. Melinda will be able to provide catastrophic insurance options for you though.
Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. If you select “yes” for insurance please include the total cost of insurance being purchased for your room in your initial deposit. Insurance must be purchased with deposit. If you do not include it in your deposit you won’t be covered. Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after payment has been made. Dreams and Destinations, Inc. is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. Travel insurance pricing is based on the cost per person of your package.
The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation.
*Insurance can be applied to only those who wish to purchase. For example if you have 2 roommates and one wants to purchase insurance and one does not we are able to accommodate this. Insurance is not mandatory for entire occupancy of room if one occupant wants to purchase.
