The Designing Destinations 2024 itinerary offers group members their own “Below Deck” experience in stunning Croatia! Days will be spent exploring this fascinating destination with its colorful history, fabulous architecture and renowned UNESCO sites. The experience has been curated to include an exclusive itinerary that highlights design from luxury yachts to historic venues.

Our home away from home on the Adriatic will be the Symphony, a luxury mini-cruiser first built in 2021 with a refit in 2023 and 2024. Our yacht will include a 13 member crew and offers a choice of Balcony Suites with a private balcony (can sleep up to 3), Terrace Jr. Suites with private terraces, Main Deck cabins with full windows and Lower Deck cabins with porthole windows. All with individual controlled A/C, ensuite bathrooms, TV and WiFi. The Symphony also offers amenities like a cinema/play room, 2 Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, outdoor gym, water slide, motorized and non-motorized water toys*, and WiFi.

Important Payment Dates – Full Payment Due After February 15, 2024
June 1, 2023: $750 per person initial deposit + insurance if purchasing (see below)
October 10, 2023: Second Deposit – 50% of the trip cost
February 15, 2024: Final balance due
Registration after February 15, 2024: Payment in full is required

How To Book
Please click the RSVP & Book buttons linked on this page. Upon submitting your form you will receive an email with a payment link to complete your confirmation.
We encourage group members to arrive in Split on May 25th. Following our initial deposit date we will release special pre-night packages that can be added to extend your stay in Croatia. These packages are optional to book for an additional cost, but will automatically include the night of May 25th in the package.
Flights
We will need your flight confirmation to confirm your round trip transportation from the airport. Please provide your flight itinerary to us no later than April 30, 2024. We are able to assist you with planning your flights upon request.

Insurance
Travel insurance is optional and is not automatically included in your package. We are able to quote insurance upon request. For more details on pricing and policy options you may also visit the Travel Guard site here.
The cost of insurance is nonrefundable and insurance policies are non-transferable. In many cases the cost of insurance is less than the cost of penalties for cancellation. Insurance does not cover rate increases for changes in occupancy due to cancellation. Dreams and Destinations is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip.
Terms and Conditions
The Symphony, tour operators, guides and DMC have strict deposit and cancellation policies with penalties. However, we are able to offer name changes up to 90 days prior to arrival without penalty. Per the ASID Carolinas group contract please see cancellation dates and penalties below. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Cancellation Dates/Penalties
- No penalty for cancellations prior to May 31, 2023
- Cancellation between June 1 and September 30, 2023 – Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation between October 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024 – 50% Package Penalty
- Cancellation on, or after, February 1, 2024 – 100% of Package Cost Penalty
