welcomed into the Sandals arrival lounge by a group of smiling Sandals staff members. Our luggage was
quickly taken care of and a Red Stripe served to us before we knew it! A quick shuttle ride to the resort
and we were in the concierge office getting checked-in. With a cool towel and the beverages of our
choice, we decided to take the time to make some reservations. The staff was very friendly and full of
suggestions to help make our stay even more special!A few dinner reservations for the restaurants that required them (not all do) and a spa appointment for
a much needed mani and pedi. They even talked my husband into getting a pedi with me (…more on
that one later…lol!) Then, we were escorted to our room. To our surprise, we were placed in a Water’s
Edge Honeymoon Penthouse Concierge Room and it was the same exact room that we stayed in 5

After filling up on a delicious meal, we decided to head back to “our” Jacuzzi. One thing I love about
having a room in the Almonds Block is the tucked away sundeck and Jacuzzi that rarely has anyone in
it. It’s like a private Jacuzzi for the guests over here and how wonderful it is! You can hear the waves
crashing while relaxing with your loved one…it’s perfect!
After getting our second wind, we popped into the Cricketer’s Pint Pub to catch the end of the Heat
and Celtics game and enjoyed a few beers and some chicken wings. The Cricketer’s Pint is an authentic
English pub that serves late night snacks until 5am. Great times, great people!
…then we were off to bed.
